These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Lip Pro Academy (“Academy”), owned and operated by DEVINE AESTHETICS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES L.L.C S.O.C. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in our courses or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms in full.

All course content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, images, and presentations, is the intellectual property of DEVINE AESTHETICS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES L.L.C S.O.C. You may not copy, record, share, distribute, publish, or reproduce any course content without our express written permission.

Our courses are strictly intended for qualified and licensed medical professionals, including doctors, dentists, and nurses (or nurse practitioners in the USA).

You must:

Be a registered medical professional legally permitted to perform aesthetic treatments in your jurisdiction.

Comply with all applicable local laws, professional regulations, and licensing requirements when applying any techniques or information from the course.

Understand that regulations differ by region and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance.

The course is educational in nature and does not qualify, license, or authorise any participant to perform procedures outside their legal scope of practice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when enrolling. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing login details or course access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

Full Payment: Course fees must be paid in full unless a payment plan is offered and accepted.

Payment Plans: You agree to complete all scheduled payments even if you discontinue the course.

Late or Failed Payments: We may suspend your access until payment is received.

No Access Without Payment: Certificates and continued participation may be withheld if payment obligations are not met.

UK/EU Students: A 14-day cooling-off period applies under UK and EU consumer laws. If you access any digital content within this period, you waive your right to a refund.

International Students: No refunds are available to students outside the UK/EU.

After 14 Days: All sales are final and non-transferable.

Access is granted solely to the individual who purchased the course. You may not share, resell, or distribute any course materials. Any unauthorised sharing or misuse will result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

Certificates of completion are issued only upon full completion of the course and fulfilment of payment obligations. Completion certificates do not imply clinical competency or authorisation to perform any treatment.

This course provides educational content only. It does not replace hands-on or in-person clinical training, nor does it constitute medical advice, supervision, or certification.

Participation in the course and application of its techniques are entirely at your own risk.

Aesthetic treatments, including those involving needles or cannulas, carry inherent risks such as complications, injuries, or adverse outcomes.

DEVINE AESTHETICS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES L.L.C S.O.C., its instructors, employees, and affiliates accept no responsibility or liability for any harm, injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of the course material.

We make no guarantees regarding clinical outcomes, professional advancement, or patient results.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage and obtaining relevant supervision where required.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.

 If a dispute arises, both parties agree to seek mediation in good faith before pursuing formal legal action.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of the Academy after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By enrolling in the Lip Pro Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
